Testimonials

We brought in the Redlands Group for Audit training. The instruction, material, and Dylan were great at quickly understanding and building on the experience my team had to apply their skills and knowledge to broader and larger projects. He was very well prepared, and brought a wide range of practical and applicable knowledge and relevant experience to the session. Even though there was a range of talent in the room, everyone walked away with a new skill they could pull out of the toolbox. As someone who has worker with a number of consulting and training organizations, I would highly recommend Redland’s group.

Troy Winters

Senior H&S Officer, CUPE

Dylan worked with us to develop our risk management policy and program. He made sure that we had a deep understanding of the concepts of risk management, not just a general comprehension. He also helped us customize tools that helped us promote a company-based approach. His work with us helped lay the foundation for the rest of our safety program development at Sleeman.

Linden Gossen

National Environmental Health & Safety Manager, Sleeman Breweries Ltd.

As our organization expanded into Canada, it was apparent that we didn’t have a grasp of the EHS regulatory environment both federal and provincially.  Redlands has been key to ensuring we are in compliance with provincial and federal regulations and helping us navigate the intricacies of the labor laws in Canada.  Dylan and the Redlands team have far exceeded our expectations and always make themselves available when we need their counsel.  We no longer look at Redlands as a consultant or vendor but rather our partner for EHS compliance in Canada.”

Brent Proudfoot

Director Health & Safety, Synagro

Dylan Short and the Redlands Group team were and continue to be a vital part of Redline Brewhouse’s (Barrie) positive success and growth.  When we first opened 6 years ago, Dylan helped us understand and implement all of the necessary Health and Safety Regulations of a new brewery and restaurant.  At times, the task was daunting but Dylan guided us well throughout the process.  A couple years after being open, we went through a standard Ministry of Labour review and a few deficiencies were identified.  Thanks to Dylan’s calm and knowledgeable guidance, we corrected these deficiencies quickly and passed the review with very little stress.

The Redlands Group have also been very helpful with some challenging staffing issues.  Their HR knowledge was invaluable and when necessary, stepped in to lead staff meetings and training sessions.  As we grew and changed, so did our needs. Dylan is always just a phone call away with information, advice or a meeting as required.  There has never been a task that Dylan has shied away from or knew who to call on our behalf.

I would highly recommend Dylan Short and the Redlands team for any Health and Safety need or HR challenge.

Kari Williams

Owner / CEO, Redline Brewhouse (Barrie) Inc.

I have had the pleasure to work with Dylan Short on several occasions. Dylan is a highly knowledgeable safety professional who effectively bridges the gap between OHS theory and operational practice. Dylan specializes in helping organizations build robust safety systems that support operational deliverables while maximizing positive safety outcomes. I highly recommend Dylan and his team.
