Sample Staffing Projects

Site-based Health and Safety Supervisor role – Four-Month Full-Time Placement 

The Redlands Group provided a temporary full-time supervisor with OHS team management experience while our client was recruiting to fill a permanent Supervisor position.  The temporary supervisor supported the Department Manager by providing leadership and oversight of daily team activities during the recruitment period.

Risk Assessment coordinator role  (One-Year Full-Time Placement)

The Redlands Group provided a full-time, site-based technical leader responsible for implementing the organization’s workplace risk management program. The Risk Assessment Coordinator was responsible for facilitating risk assessments, documenting results and escalating high-risk activities to senior management.

Ongoing Health and Safety Inspection Services  (Part-Time Recurring Placement)

The Redlands Group provided a dedicated OHS professional tasked with conducting site inspections 4 days per month during the construction of a new facility.  Reporting directly to our client, inspection results, compliance and OHS issues regarding contractor activities were communicated to Management and tracked to completion.
