Workwell Gap Analysis

The Workwell Audit examines the occupational health and safety program, safety management systems. In order to succeed in a Workwell Audit, an employer must be able to demonstrate, through documentation, that the various elements of their OHS Management system are in-place. Our Gap analysis process reviews and reports on the following elements:

Reg. 851 Industrial Establishments Gap Analysis

The majority of organizations in Ontario are subject to Ontario Industrial Establishments Regulation 851.

Using the relevant sections of the Industrial Establishments Regulation we conduct a gap limited scope analysis of the Organizations current health and safety program.

This will include a current assessment of the above mentioned processes, assessment templates, priority of recommendations for addressing any gaps identified and written report of all findings.

 

 

 

Reg. 213 Construction Projects Gap Analysis

Many organizations undertake construction projects in addition to their regular business activities. Using Ontario Regulation 213 – Construction Project requirements, we will conduct a limited scope gap analysis of the current health and safety program.

This will include a current assessment of the above mentioned processes, assessment templates, priority of recommendations for addressing any gaps identified and written report of all findings.
